Step 3:  Install Google Analytics Tracking Code on WordPress

You need to ensure that your tracking ID is installed on every page on your site to be able to track your site’s metrics.

There are several ways of doing this but the easiest way is to use the “Insert Header and Footer” WordPress plugin.  This Plugin is user-friendly and is recommended if coding is not your thing.

How to use the Insert Header and Footer Plugin to install Google Analytics on WordPress

  1.  Click on the “Add New Plugin” link on your WordPress Dashboard.
